Playful Apartment

It is a playful apartment on the 1^st floor of Karitsi Place. A warm, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated place, centrally located with no need for public transport to visit all main sights is waiting to host you and your friends or family during your stay in Athens! Do you feel like visiting Acropolis, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, Lycabettus, the Museum of Contemporary Art, shopping streets with artisanal shops and famous brands or delicious restaurants and a variety of bars and theaters? This is the apartment to stay! Christina and Maria will warmly welcome you at your arrival and answer any questions you may have during your stay or departure, while the cleaning lady will be taking care of the premises. Ask for your transport to and from the airport to be organized with a trustful taxi driver and save time and energy!
The apartment inside the building is serviced with a direct lift. Two large, clean and tidy bedrooms are designed to offer the experience of feeling at home. There are two beds (1.60*2.00m and 1.40*2.00m) with comfortable mattresses and a big couch in the living room that turns into a double bed (1.60*2.00m). One of the two bedrooms is in suite with the living room.
The apartment has one kitchen and two bathrooms, with one shower and one toilet each one. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee machine and coffee are offered for free. In the apartment, you will find an open closet, TV screen and a working surface by the window where you can work with your laptop.
The apartment has high speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection is also possible. The studio is fully air-conditioned and during the winter is heated by central heating. Towels, bed linen and bath supplies are provided.
Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment, on the balcony.
