Hip Studio

It is a hip studio of 40sqm, on the 4rth floor of Karitsi Place. It is ideal for a couple, a small family or 3 friends. It is an apartment from where you can walk to all sights of interest, close to metro, with a direct lift, charmy decorated. It has been designed to feel right at home. Christina and Maria are replying immediately to any question you may have, while the cleaning lady takes detailed care of the premises. Feel free to let them organise for you the transport to and from the apartment.
The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room in a united area, one kitchen fully equipped one bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony. The bed is a king bed (1.60*2.00)m with an extra comfortable mattress. The sofa turns into a bed (1.40*2.00)m easily. On winter the bed is covered with a duvet and the sofa bed with a warm blanket. In the apartment, you will find an open closet, TV screen and a working surface by the window where you can work with your laptop.
The apartment has high speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection is also possible. The studio is fully air-conditioned and during the winter is heated by central heating. Towels, bed linen and bath supplies are provided.
Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment, on the balcony.
